-Bugfix: Casings no longer weigh more than double as much as rounds

-Gunpowder changes, lowered costs so gunpowder should not be that rare anymore, also changed the vanilla recipe gather gunpowder so it gives less.
-Recipe added "Put Gunpowder in Jar"
-Fixed a bug with the .38 Ammo Recipes not being given when magazine read, Re-read your magazines
-Some other minor tweaks and changes
