Obamium rework:

-Run thru all normals and assign proper hitbox size, placement, lag/landing lag, kb and scaling, hit pause, etc.

--Make the movement and air stat average

-Weight change from .95 to 1

Special Button:
+ All specials have second function
- All specials send into prat fall, except Nspec
--- Nspec rapid fire mode have a hit lock out, your damage output is the same as regular Nspec, just wider range.
-- Dspec seperated into 2 hitbox, much weaker if target is 200px away from Oboama

Attack Button:
+ Attacks with gun can fire bullets after stock piling them
- All affected attacks have 4f more endlag and landing lag

Strong Button:
+ Strongs are stronger and have more properties
- Dstrong still explode after a delay instead of on getting hit.
- Strongs have 8f more endlag.

Jump Button:
+ Overal movement stat get better and receive damage buff across all attacks
- Weight change to 1.2
- Disable all specials.
