Fervour influence on faith reformations and creation adjusted to respect the new midpoint balance, thanks to Don Snaek for identifying the issue and bringing it to my attention. Faith creation will now generally be more expensive in piety cost in line with vanilla values when fervour is at 100%, but with the plus/minus influence capped at +/-25% piety.

Better compatibility with the alternate start dates added by More Bookmarks+ by Leviathonlx and Oriental Empires by Chillshadow et al.

New dummy gamerule added for Heresy Outbreaks for better clarity when using the mod together with More Game Rules (MGR) by Neutrino, to communicate that the heresy settings that Fervour Midpoint Rebalance uses will take precedence over MGR's heresy rules.
