This is the final major updates to rp_2300. Have fun.

Change long-

Entire Map:
-Located ALOT of brush work that needed better func_detail around the entire map (an optimization thing)
-Made fog 100% thick and reset the Z-clip render distance.

=Added Underground layer
-Mines, a short but well made section.
-Tunnels, a rough tunnelish section with exposed Uranium veins.
-Sewers, a sewer. What where you expecting? Another vault? Well you would be RIGHT!

Salem City:
-Geometry optimization for the bunker on Salem City
-Optimized Salem City with area rendering
-Changed the entrance hall to the bunker on Salem City.
-Reworked all light pole locations in Salem City.
-Changed the main door on the bunker in Salem to its classic look, to fit better.
-Fixed an area portal bug on power room door in Bunker.
-Fixed z-fighting on meeting room door in Bunker.
-Simplified the geometry of the Helipad in Salem City for optimization reasons.
-Reconstructed two city blocks in Salem City, turning it into a mall-plaza
-Fixed some of the building heights/clipping
-Put in a Fallout style train, and better cars for it at the train station.
-Added alot of new rubble around the city to make combat more urban dynamic.
-Realigned the streets.
-Realigned the sidewalks.
-Gave ramps to several parking lots.
-Extended Salem military base perimeter.
-Added antenna to GNR building.
-Redid several buildings render distance
-Removed a single row of buildings as they were too generic and to help optimize Salem, made it a parking lot for Airport in its place.
-Added small ramps between the road and side-walk curb for better transition between the two. Before, it was rough on both the player and vehicles to jump the curb.

Water Works:
-Optimized Water Works with area rendering
-Geometry optimization for the hidden bunker on Water Works
-Added utility room in train tunnel on Northern Forest side of Water Works
-Added utility room in train tunnel with wall access to caves on Salem City side of Water Works.
-Changed up the textures a bit for Train Tunnel on Water Works layer.
-Removed some prop windows from the house on Water Works for optimization.

Northern Forest:
-Optimized Northern Forest with area rendering.
-Geometry optimization for the hidden bunker on Northern Forest.
-Replaced the Hermit's house in Northern Forest for optimization reasons.
-Added Mine entrance.

Atomic Sector:
-Optimized Atomic Sector with area rendering
-Geometry optimization for the hidden bunker on Atomic Sector
-Geometry optimization for the main bunker on Atomic
-Geometry optimization for the caved in bunker on Atomic
-Added access to under the outhouse's pit, as requested by someone wanting a 'special' sticky/gooy/sludgy room.
-Added better 'airlock' areaportal areas in main bunker
-Relocated 2 cliff spawn points to the ground infront of those parts.
-Added new spawn to corner of Atomic Sector

Lost Vault:
-Changed the Vault cave entrance by adding a new buffer zone before getting to the vault.

-Fixed Sun Lighting map wide.
-Fixed lighting of gas station in Northern Forest sector.
-Fixed botched lighting in Water Works that connected to the turbine power control.
-Fixed glitched texture lighting on Water Works sector and some other locations.
-Fixed skybox prop issue... by just deleting the skybox props. Skybox is still 3D though and StormFox-able.
-Fixed leak of water assets for the map.
-Fixed some terrain slits.
-Fixed terrain clipping through small bunker in Northern Forest.

-Added water to Atomic sector.
-Added water to Water Works sector.
-Added sense of power to the wasteland in the Water Works, Northern Forest, and Salem City sectors.
-Added in power lines that connect from place to place across the Norther Forest sector.
-Added ability to turn on/off power for town and outpost in Northern Forest with the power plant on Water Works.
-Added ability to turn on/off the power for the scrap town in Salem City sector.
-Added back the light fixtures to the scrap town on Salem City sector.
-Added new domino-style mini-quest before you can actually activate the dud missile silo.
-Added in a new segment to the Atomic sector, this being a canyon expansion. This came with terrain changes for that area as well as a new settlement.
-Added in previously cut camp next to crater on Atomic sector.
-Added in new spawn point in Atomic sector.
-Added water vents to the plant on Water Works sector (just for looks), given them a sound bite as well.
-Added RobCo factory to Salem City sector.
-Added Airfield to Salem City sector.
-Added some new optimization for the small shelters and the half-bunker complex.
-Added a new building in the Northern Forest sector in the town.


-Changed a spawn point that would put the player in the dried lake in the Atomic sector, moved to right next to it on dry land.
-Changed the BGSFX around the new segment of the Atomic sector to better fit that its not a wide open desert anymore.
-Changed alot of door sounds for fun and the desire to have more classic fallout sounds.
-Changed ALOT of sound effects in the Vault, feel the nostalgia!
-Changed most of the outer terrain canyon of Salem City sector, smoothing it out.
-Changed the render distance to be more logical for smaller items on the Salem sector so performance could improve.
-Changed the location of the power building on Northern Forest sector in the town.

hovering rocks are all fixed (i hope)

Added Platu area to the Atomic sector.
