Blitz v17

General changes:
- Now remap could working more stable.


Nations
Phoenicia:
- The starting settler is less likely to be blocked in the first squares.
- On average, the island got bigger

Arabia:
- Geothermal fields appear more often
- Mountains appear more often

Maori:
- Less reefs now

Germany:
- More forests
- More stone
- Less hills

Sweden:
- now only tundra terrain
- more deer
- a mountain range appears more often.

Blitz v16.
General changes:
- Remaps still not working. This one of the greatest feature still wait for it's time.
- Maximum number of remaps = 1.
- Rare resources will now appear differently.
- Reefs no longer interfere with harboring merchant city-states.
- For the nations with sea launch any strategic resource can now appear within a radius of up to 3 cells from the place where the settler spawns.

Nations:
Russia.
- More tundra cells, including hill ones.
- Snow cells will now be very rare.

Canada:
- More snow hills
- More forests
- More rare resources
- Less deer.

Australia:
- Geothermal fields no longer appear
- Mountains only appear on the coast
- 2 horses may appear instead of 2 ore.

Japan:
- Coast tiles no longer block the settler at the spawn location.
- More resources.

The Incas.
- Much less often surrounded by mountains in a 1m radius.
- Now the starting location, completely surrounded by mountains.
- In general, less random start.

Germany
- The minimum and maximum spawn radii for iron, horses and nitrate are now = 2.

Netherlands
- The minimum and maximum spawn radii for iron, horses and nitrate are now = 2.
- Lake tiles now spawn at least 3 radius from the settler spawn.

Sumer
- Now there are fewer forest and jungle tiles.

Mapuche:
- Now placing a lot of volcanic soil at the start location.

Nations now that now have a chance to respawn on a half island or even on island:
- America;
- Rome;
- France;
- Greece.

A lot of little tricks for every other nation.
Current version still is on betta.

Changes:
- Strategic Resources: niter, coal, oil, aluminium, uranium now spawn correct.
- Added copies of maps with 2 slots for spectators (First 2 slots in lobby)
- No more mountains for Indonesia's starts
- Now, all brasilia's hills spawning closer to start tile.
- Korea starts reworked. More space, more hills, less any other.

Some background changes.
- Australia now spawn all strategic resource at 3th radius, except horses.
- Multiplayer restarts and load coul be more correct.

- Wheat can now spawn in the desert floodplain.
- Egypt now has more woods instead of jungles.
- Gorgo now has more hills
- Gorgo now has deer at respawn.
- England, now less often blocked by mountains on its island
- England now has deer at respawn.
- Persia now has a correct start.
- Dynamic Timer base value changed from 65 sec. for 30 sec.
