Major Feature Update:
- Include Kickstarter Promo Cards with Toggle to turn them on or off on setup
- Moved Hand Zones back to improve usability of mod and reduce accidental placing of cards into player hands
- Tweaked some physics settings of the Coin
- Updated Age and City Cards to final version
- Added Demigod Reference Card

Bug Fix:

- An error would be thrown at the end of the Age if a player had placed their Demi card on the table and had 0 cards in their hand. This error has been resolved.
