Rocket Pack: USPECIAL will launch a rocket up.
C (R type, 1 slot)
NSPECIAL projectiles fire faster.

DATTACK has less startup and travels farther.
E (H type, 1 slot)
DSPECIAL gives a slight boost to John in the air.

Aerial FSPECIAL is always at max power.

  • Can now aim where DSPECIAL is thrown.
  • NSPECIAL can now also throw a cake. It's his birthday month after all.
  • Tweaked DTILT animation.
  • DSTRONG and USTRONG will now fire different distances depending on how much the attack is charged.
  • Nerfed FSTRONG (KB 9 > 8).
  • Gave DAIR 5 frames of startup.
  • Increased pratland to 10.
  • Slightly increased FSPECIAL startup.
  • You no longer keep barbasol bombs in your inventory when you die.
  • Nerfed USTRONG (KB 8 > 7, KB scaling 1.2 > 1.0).
  • Nerfed FSPECIAL (aerial damage 5 > 4, KB 8 > 4).
  • Added afterimages to indicate when FSPECIAL is fully powered up.
  • Fixed bug where palettes wouldn't correctly affect the pogoride saddle.

  • You can now use NSPECIAL to captchalogue DSPECIAL'S projectile, storing it and firing it with a minor power boost the next time you use NSPECIAL.

CHANGELOG
  • Adjusted FTILT to swing faster and hit lighter (10 > 7) so it feels less like a second FSTRONG.
  • Fixed DSTRONG having zero endlag, changed angle from 290 to 0 and reduced damage 8 > 5.
  • DSTRONG will now travel farther based on charge time.
  • Aerial FSPECIAL can now hit opponents multiple times.
  • DSPECIAL has been replaced entirely by the deadly BETTY CROCKER BARBASOL BOMB. It will bounce along the ground until it collides with someone, resulting in a foamy explosion with heavy knockback.

  • I had no idea why John wouldn't work online for TWO YEARS until someone told me it was literally just that I messed up the version number. I am kicking myself over this. I cannot apologise enough for the wait.
