Added a new feature to all vehicles: The "Deploy" feature. This is accessed through ACE interacting with any vehicle to change its appearance (camonet, cage, door gunner sights, etc.).
Also added custom patches for Scotland/Wales flags.

Changed Achilles modules and functions to use the new Zeus Enhanced framework instead. This means modules now work with ZEN only, and some were added to ZEN's context menu (right click menu) too!
