Added an animation for Flail Wildly

Guard is now a starter card. Guard has been changed.
Added a regular strike to the common card pool.
Changed the way Edging works. Now Edging should not consume Buffer.
Upgraded Edging is changed. Now you can gain Max HP if you are feeling risky.
Edging now has Exhaust.
Buffed Restricted Strike slightly.
Changed Flail Wildly to deal 0 damage to a random enemy 4 times.
Nerfed Calm, Feel, Instense and Struggle. Now you only draw 1 card when they are upgraded.
Nerfed the upgrade of Gnome.
Changed Erubetie. Now you gain Plated Armor.

Fixed a bug where you would not be able to play any cards if you had -1 energy per turn.
The cost of Wait is now 0. Ethereal is removed when upgraded.
Changed Heroic Strike to Heroic Combo. Now there is an X cost card.
Nerfed Alma Elma from 10 thorns to 7 thorns. Alma Elma+ is now 4 cost and you gain 10 thorns. You still heal to full HP.

Made a softfix so that you can play this mod and The Alter Ego mod if you load The Alter Ego mod first.
Added Luka as a sprite instead of Ironclad.
Made it so that all strikes have a unique upgrade.
Buffed Luka without his ring.
Nerfed Gnome and Erubetie.

Made the cards more dark
