All 3rd and 4th Names of Power should now be labeled correctly

Emerald Eye & Pathguard should now be labeled properly.

Updated to use the latest schemas

Blessed Dread Black Arks had been split in to their own Lord type as such they no longer counted as a black ark, this should have been updated now and thus they should also give you the dilemma choice again.
