-Added auto-repair ability (tied to the armor) that will repair up to half of full unit HP. Costs 1 AP and shuts the unit down for 3 actions.

Schematics and Research Requirements
-Weapons now upgrade via Cannon schematics by default.
-Armor now upgrades via soldier armor schematics by default.
-Construction now unlocked after researching Hybrid Materials by default (so it can be built much sooner).
-Weapon and Armor Schematics and Research Requirements can be changed in the Options ini files.
-Reduced supply and alloy costs.

Weapons
-The AT-RT blaster now has 1 base shred.
-Increased weapon mag size from 3 to 5.

Stats and Abilities
-Removed death explosion damage.
-Buffed aim progression per level up to a maximum of 90.
-AT-RT gains scaling bonuses to sight radius with levels.
-AT-RT now gains scaling bonuses to defense per level to a maximum of 20.
-Plated and Powered tier armor upgrades now include additional points of armor per tier.
-I do not know if stat changes will apply to retroactively already built units.
