- fixed health bar removal after zombie dead
- added correct alpha value to match not visible health bar with not visible zombie rendering (this was causing flickering on some zoom levels while standing on zombie)
- fixed health bar re-creation when zombie id did not match with cached values (this was causing that health bar disapear 1 second after is shown)
- added 20% transparent background to floating damage numbers to increase readability
- minor changes regarding to B40 compatibility (still WIP - but atleast mod will not ruin FPS on B40)
- minor changes regarding to performance (also WIP - more drastical change will be needed for significant improvement)

- fixed: killing blow when zombie is on ground is not shown

- faster response (moved detection to faster trigger)
- now working with fire
- damage under 5 is shown with 2 decimal numbers
- damage between 5 and 10 is shown with 1 decimal number
- damage above 10 does not show decimal portion
