No Christmas Event this year, but there's now a great new addition... CHIBIS!!!

- Fixed an issue with ALL Eerie Dinos saying they could wear hats. Eerie Dinos that use saddles are now able to use saddles once again (just something that slipped past me when setting up their wander resource production)

- ALL Eerie Dinos now passively produce Element Dust and Sap. They can also auto-convert Element Dust to Element Shards and Element Shards into Element.
- ALL Eerie Dinos can now breed, "lay" Infused Implants instead of eggs, and give birth to full-sized babies
- Infused Implants will now release after 12 seconds instead of 5 (release time through mating varies)
- Decreased Eerie Angler & Ammonite Spawns
- Decreased Eerie Basilisk Spawns

(Known Visual Issues)
- Once an Eerie Revival Platform converts an Implant to an Infused Implant, the info about the creature no longer displays properly, YET ALL OF THE INFO IS STILL INTERNALLY INTACT. For the time being, just be mindful of which implants you're throwing in so you don't get them confused
- Eerie Archaeopteryx doesn't properly flap it's wings when you're gliding with it... Will look into it. Might be some graph work directly referencing the vanilla Archa that I missed
- Eerie Basilisk, when tamed, can be seen by ally and hostile players; That was the only workaround I could find to properly have Basilisk babies that didn't turn invisible
