- apply SERVER version changes for MP as required by ModOptions
- removed couple vanilla (41.60 deleted) procedural lists
- removed all imports { base } from scripts (no more log errors)
- updated Reloading Lua to 41.60

- added ModOption migration of loot section to Sandbox (disabled for testing)

NOTE :
- Rocket Launcher support exists in this update, along with place holder test M72 weapon and ammo. But is NOT NOT NOT in the spawn tables at all... (ie, you can cheat them in and test, but they aren't going to spawn till next update). I was gonna put them in this update, but then 41.60 happened, and panic... and chaos... and squeakers...

- renamed models.txt to Brita_models.txt to prevent potential overriding by other mods (like Canteen mod)

- Great Many THANKS to ModOptions (Author - star)... for assistance in applying his work to this mod. This HotFix should solve the issue of [APPLYING] options IN-GAME, which was causing option to fail to load on next session unless we applied them again while out of game, etc.. HOPEFULLY this does the trick...
