Fixed a documenting bug that prevented foundries and factories from having available slots.

The Factory now works with the Shattered Ring Origin.

The Factory now works with the Catalytic Processing civic.

There is now a tradition dealing with the factory available to everyone that can use the factory.

The civic now has an icon for each empire type.

There is now an event on game start asking you if you want everyone to have the factory.

Fixed Functional Architecture and Constructobot civics not providing the upkeep reduction they should.

Added a civic that gives you the Autofab on your capital, and the ability to build more. It does not replace any pops with Modules. Instead of Pop growth maluses, it gives job output maluses.

Having both the Origin and Civic gives -10% upkeep.

The bonus production from the AP is now ties to having both the Origin/civic and AP.

The civic works with all non-special planet origins.

The civic works with the Resource Consolidation origin.

The civic works with the Remnants origin.

The civic works with the Life-Seeded origin.

The civic works with the Void Dweller origin.

Fixed some construction projects using the wrong cost.

Fixed the mining module still having some stuff to add production to the Autofab instead of making it itself.

Added a check to automation so it doesn't queue multiple modules on the same planet in the same Automation Cycle.

You can now queue Autofab Modules after the Autofab is queued. They will start building after the Autofab is built.

Fixed being able to remove from the queue when the queue is 0 for some modules.

Added a tooltip to the Gray planet buttons about how those settings default to the country settings.

Fixed some wonkiness with the Planet Terminal.
