fixed crash when pressed key "L" in menu

Removed snap mode 3x3 with spaces.
Added snap modes: 4x4 and optimized mode. Optimized mode checks for an adjacent soil tile, if not found adjacent soil tile then uses 4x4 else uses 3x3.

Changed mod name: Snapping tills
Added snap modes: 2x2, 3x3, 3x3 with spaces. Press key "L" for change snap mode, you can bind key in settings.
