Update: 12 Jul, 2021 @ 11:18pm

- Added some extra config to allow the mod to check for a specific class, rather than just a specific equippable weapon, for the MEC Hellion and MEC Protector. My Arsonist class will be able to become the former, and my Hoplite class will be able to become the latter.

Update: 3 Jul, 2021 @ 9:10am

- This mod is now compatible with LWOTC Dev Build 27 thanks to some tweaks to XComPromotionUIMod.ini. Older versions of LWOTC will still work as well.

Update: 22 Jun, 2021 @ 7:06am

- Two new MEC Trooper classes, the MEC Hellion and the MEC Protector. Check out their main trees on the Google Doc[docs.google.com]. MEC Hellions are created from Chemthrower-wielding classes, and MEC Protectors are created from Shield-wielding classes.

- Reworked the MEC Assault since the MEC Hellion now exists.

  • The Hydra specialization is now called Warrior.
  • Salt In The Wound at SGT has been replaced by Impulse.
  • Aggression at TSGT has moved from the Marauder tree to the Warrior tree to replace Quickburn, and Forward Operator takes Aggression's spot in the Marauder tree.
  • Duplicate Charger ability in Tier 4 XCOM deck replaced with Saturation Fire.
  • They now have an Autocannon in their default loadout instead of an Incinerator.
- The MEC Support gets Maim at Squaddie instead of Taunt. Maim is now the skill you want to pick when making a new MEC Trooper if you want the MEC Support class. Taunt is now in the Tier 1 XCOM deck.

- Hammer Protocol and Ever Vigilant in the MEC Support's main tree have swapped ranks.

- The MEC Templar no longer gets Bloodied Shroud at LCPL; One-Two Punch takes its place. Take Down takes One-Two Punch's old spot at CPL.

- Blink has been replaced by Teleport at the MEC Templar's MSGT rank. Blink has entered the T3 XCOM deck instead.

- Fulmination, Pressure Blast, Chemthrower Suppression, Fumigate, Medispray, Valley Of Death, Chemical Storm, and all Canister-granted abilities now get a bonus to length and width (or radius for Chemical Storm) when they're being used by a unit with an Incinerator. This will make the AoE of those skills equivalent to the Incinerator's standard fire. This is done via OPTC. The specific values of the bonuses can be tweaked in XComGame.ini.

- Sentinel and Rapid Reaction support for Incinerators' Overwatch has been mirrored here from Mod Jam just in case.

- Required Items has been updated. You'll need Immolator + Chemthrower Abilities, Stormrider Class and Ballistic Shields for the new classes.

- This mod now automatically disables the WOTC versions of the Shadow Ops classes and the Stormrider Class. Get my LWOTC versions if you want to use them.

Update: 4 Jun, 2021 @ 9:24am

- MEC Templars now get Crusader's Rage at MSGT instead of Bare Knuckle.

- MEC Skirmishers can now roll Crusader's Rage in the Tier 4 XCOM deck instead of Bare Knuckle.

- MEC Assaults can now roll Impact Compensation in the Tier 4 XCOM deck instead of Bare Knuckle.

- MEC Templars can now roll Brawler in the Tier 3 XCOM deck instead of Marauder.
