Final batch of fixes (hopefully). Visual changes and other improvements, waypoint fixes (again), made the sub "idiot proof"

MK8 version: Bots finally work, improved performance and reduced file size, less docking bugs, improved seabike. No more getting stuck into the flush. Improved armory. Labeled systems in editor if you want to take a look in editor.
