Moved FEMA bag spawnpoint from toolshop to the outpost behind the drugstore
Removed some unnecessary brushes to reduce number of planes

- Fixed fire damage through a dumpster near apartments entrance.
- Enhanced visibility around the apartment area.
- Made indoor navigation easier through the apartments.
- Fixed bad collisions inside the Camilla restaurant.
- Fixed fire extinguisher trigger not working from inside the Liquor store.
- Fixed ADSA center small door not opening properly.
- Enhanced the details in the ADSA center.
- Enhanced some lighting problems inside the Gun Shop.
- Added some bonus red gascan locations.
- Added green glowsticks near military stash areas.
- Slightly increased amount of zombies.
