fixed: Player's were able to reach Containers through the rear Wall

- 95% sure of fixing the randomly "inaccessibility" bug
- added slots compatibility to Repair my Car mod (Epoxy Putty slot)
- Attachments as Metal Sheets, Wooden Planks, Nails etc are visually shown now and can be deattached from its spot again.
- some script cleanup

- fixed: Dismantling Kits resulted in spawning on Game ground instead of Cabin Floor
- fixed: added VicinityItemManager script, this should fix the inaccessibility of the Cabin which occurs rarely. (it's really hard to pinpoint the issue really, but please keep reporting if you experience this issue)
- changed: Windows aren't bulletproof anymore.
