Version Name: "Oh wow, more clothes."

Changes:

=] Overhauled a default clothing sprite into a custom one, named Thermal Wrapping. Basically just shows all cybernetics with a colored overlay.
=] Re-shifted the cybernetic bits for the running animation for the back-arm because it was just wrong previously.
