Alpha v1.13.1

+ Made a crouch animation; Hopefully can improve upon it
+ Made walk less choppy
+ Got rid of the turn files (Files from Gardevoir plushie)

Upsecial:
- Decreased how high you go (22 > 20)
* Felt like it went too high; now it goes slightly lower

Dspecial + special:
+ Projectile changed
- Range decreased
+ Increase hitpause (20 > 25)
- Cooldown increased (80 > 110)
* More punished if you get hit by the projectile and more risk using the projectile

Fspecial:
+ Increase lifetime (30 > 50)
* Projectile goes farer, so it should hit the opponent more

Alpha v1.13

+ Updated the thumbnail a tiny bit
+ updated walk sprite
* It looks funny
+ Made dash and dashstart sprites
* They look choppy because There isn't enough frames

Ustrong:
+ Increased base knockback (8.7 > 9)
+ Increased knockback growth (1 > 1.1)
* It should help it kill

Dstrong:
- Increased endlag 15 > 25
* Removed whiff
? Angle 361 > 40
+ Lifetime 30 > 35
+ New projectile sprite

Fstrong:
- Window 1 (8 > 10)
+ Angle (45 > 40)
- Endlag (12 > 13)

> the shield is in the move now


Nspecial:
> Changed the projectile into a hitbox
- Start-up is slower (8 > 10)

Bair:
- Start-up (10 > 12)
+ Knockback Growth increased by 0.1
- Increased landing lag from 4 to 7

Fstrong:
+ Angle (50 > 45)
- Start-up (6 > 8)
- Knockback Growth (1 > 0.9)
- Increased postcharge start-up from (6 > 8)

Dstrong:
- Projectile is slightly slower
+ Projectile has increased knockback growth by 0.1
> Angle swapped from 45 to 361
- Hand Knockback Growth decreased from 1 to 0.5

Jab:
> Tried to make it more consistent
- Whiffing Jab 1 and Jab 2 have whifflag now

General:
+ Cut the pratland time from 10 to 5

Rune I:
> Made it so when you get the grab it actually goes to the middle instead of where the opponent currently was
* Sometimes the move would work correctly if the opponent was too far from the hitbox
+ Decreased the endlag on whiff from 30 to 24
+ You can walljump out of the move
+ Endlag if you get the move off (17 > 15)
+ Slightly increased the ranage of the move
- The move is slightly slower in the air

Dair:
- Removed the powerful start
* It now starts with the normal version

Uspecial:
- Made it stale
+ Increased how far it goes by a tiny bit (21 > 22)

Rune J:
- Stale is slightly worse

- Made it slightly longer before it blew up

Rune L:
+ The speed will never go under 1
+ Your speed won't go under 1.20 if a opponent hits you
- getting parried makes you lose 0.15 of your speed
+ Airdodge speed stays the same
+ Increased at base speed by a tiny bit
* Felt too punishing to Gardevoir

Rune M:
- Decreased base speed by 10% unless you are using rune L

Rune N:
> Attack power increase but the more attacks you hit the less powerful the rune is
+ reset back to 6 on death
