Items Reforged Upcoming Patch v1.8
- 3 Dollar Bill grants a substantial range up.
- Magneto added to the Shop Item Pool.
- Dad’s Lost Coin’s Bonus Luck was lowered to +0.1 per coin.
- Tiny Planet’s range was reduced from infinity to a lot, and no longer pierces.
- Abel’s damage was reduced from scalar/3.5 to 0.8.
- Little Gish gives one black heart instead of two.
- Mega Bean’s cooldown was increased.
- Mine Crafter's cooldown was increased.
- Mom’s Bra slow was reduced from infinite to 8 seconds.
- Mom’s Pad fear was reduced from infinite to 16 seconds.
- Scissors blood hitbox reduced and colour fixed.
- Holy Water no longer grants piercing.
- Since a tears up does nothing for the previously implemented Fast Bomb Epic Fetus synergy, I have added a new synergy between the two.
- Removed Isaac’s Heart from following King Baby.
- Lemon Mishap recharges slowly over time.
- Hourglass’ active effect has been extended by twelve seconds.
- My Little Unicorn lowered to 4 charges.
- Common Cold now affects familiars.
- Rainbow Baby scales randomly with player damage.
- Cain's Other Eye shoots in the direction the player is firing, copying tear effects.
- Spider Butt now scales with your damage.
- Placenta will heal the player every 30 seconds, for a half red heart.
- Yum Heart will now progress through red hearts, soul hearts, black hearts, eternal hearts, and lastly lives. Prioritizes lowest tier of damaged health.
- Ghost Baby gives your other familiars spectral tears.
- Peeper grants an additional peeper upon getting hit.

- Fixed a bug regarding Strange Attractor and Anti-Gravity Tears
- And by fixed, I mean stare at the code for ten minutes in confusion, before slapping an if player:HasCollectible(COLLECTIBLE_ANTI_GRAVITY) == false on the function.
