修复了放弃殖民地刷人口的bug, 新殖民地10年内无法放弃, 默认3人力, 并从其他星球抽调4人力(如果有的话)
采用新的文件结构, 防止改动被其他mod覆盖
新增9个星球多样性区划分别用于PD和原版的9种普通星球类型(除了废土和盖娅), 并添加地方产业机制. 地方产业意味着不同类型的星球将拥有独特的优势区划(必须完成 第一次产业革命)

Fixed the bug of abandoning the colony to get manpower. The new colony cannot be abandoned within 10 years. The default for new colony is 3 manpower, and 4 manpower is drawn from other planets (if there were)
Adopt a new file structure to prevent changes from being overwritten by other mods
Added 9 new planet districts for PD and the vanilla 9 common planet types (except Tomb and Gaia), and added local production mechanisms for different planets. Local production mean that different types of planets will have unique advantages in districts( Must complete the first production revolution to unlock these new feautres)

新增[地缘优势]区划, 太阳能发电区2种, 取决于围绕的恒星是否为 a/b/f类. 天体科研区, 取决于是否围绕黑洞.

Newly added [Geographical Advantage] Districts, two types of solar power generation districts, depending on whether the surrounding stars are a/b/f type. The Astronomical Research district, depending on whether or not it surrounds a black hole.

人力代表增加到10, 机仆每个殖民地添加一个独立的活体藏品职位

- 算法优化, 每月上旬卡顿大幅度减少(可能还会进一步优化)
- 人力系统重做, 现在它将支持原版和所有mod新添加的物种特性(将作用于产出), 支持舒适度与住房消耗(0.45/0.45), 支持公民权与生活标准(它们将影响人力的维护消耗)
- 提升产业革命后基础的电力和矿物产出
- 人力将以0.25的比例产出贸易值
- 企业建筑限制系统重做, 不会再发生可以一下点满8个建筑的情况
- 居住站区划带来的建筑槽提升(可能还会进一步提升)
- 机械/蜂巢星球不再默认全部解锁建筑槽, 而是默认解锁4~8建筑槽, 取决于可开启的最大建筑槽数量(16或36)
- mod支持: 舰娘ai将正确建造区划

- Algorithm optimization, the lag in the first ten days of each month is greatly reduced (further optimization may be done in future)
- The manpower system has been reworked. Now it will support the vanilla and all newly added species traits from mod (will affect the output), support amenity and housing system(0.45/0.45), support citizenship and living standards (they will affect manpower Upkeep consumption)
- Improve basic energy and mineral output after the 1st Production revolution
- Manpower will produce trade value at a ratio of 0.25
- The corporation building restrict system has been reworked, and it will no longer happen that you can click on 8 buildings in a second
- Increase the building slot unlocked by each habitat station district(may be further improved)
- Mechanical/Hive Planet no longer unlocks all buildings slots by default. Instead, 4~8 building slots will be unlocked by default, depending on the maximum number of building slots that can be unlocked(16 or 36)
- Mod support: Warship girl ai will build the districts correctly
