Skills Changes
• Virtue of Empathy area increase for rank 2 reduced from 40% to 30%.
• Virtue of Empathy and Low-born militia now give +5% weapon damage.

Technology Changes
• Town Census reverted (gives +2 rank to peasant mob but no longer reduces recruitment costs)

Major Changes:
• Added Tier 4 Mill.

Other changes:
• Slightly reduced the global income bonus of the Tier 3 Storage.
• Slightly reduced the reload speed bonus from the Red skill line which effects peasant bowmen and mounted yeomen archers.

Major Changes
• Farms and Industry now negatively affect one another. Tier 2 gives each other -5% and Tier 3 gives each other -10%. They can (and often should) still be used together but this should incentivize making other structures, like Mills, Storage, Pox Shelters and Guild halls.
• Guild hall chain now improves trade rather than gives flat economy and a bonus to industry.

Building Changes
• Storage now gives increased income to industry faction wide but is weaker inside its own province.
• Mills gives less income.
• Order Hall (Tier 4 Guild Hall) now costs 6500 down from 10000.

Technology Changes
• Techs that improve farming now gives slightly more of an improvement.

Unit Changes:
• Peasant Bowmen (all kinds) accuracy reduced somewhat.

Building Changes:
• Storage now increases industry income in adjacent provinces, but the income bonus rates have been adjusted.
• Movement bonus from storage now 10% for both levels.
• Tier 3 storage now gives +5 growth faction wide, but costs more to build.

• Noble Banners leadership bonus reverted to +4
• Noble banners now gives +5% ward save to Men-at-Arms

Unit changes:
• Spearmen-at-arms (both kinds) have more melee defence but less melee attack
• Foot squires have +1 health per model (all kinds)
• Men at arms and Men-at-arms (Shields) have -2 and -1 melee attack respectively
• Battle pilgrims have -1 melee attack but +2 melee defence

Skill changes
• Lance formation and Virtue of empathy have been squished into 2 levels
• Low born militia gives +15% weapon strength up from +10%

Tech Changes:
• Men-at-Arms reform gives +4 melee attack down from +6
• Crusade decree no longer increase melee infantry damage
