Initial compatibility update for 3.3.2.
* Resolved an issue that was preventing the Speleology Facility building from being built in 3.3.2.
* Resolved an issue where speleologist jobs weren't properly populating an economic category.
* Resolved an issue where speleologist jobs were missing modifier icon files.
* Added two Tier 4 Technologies - Microlite Deconstruction (Engineering) and Solar Engineering (Physics)
**These technologies are the equivalent of Nutrient Replication (Society) from the vanilla tech tree and I've often thought it senseless that these techs were missing.
*Added a new planetary decision named "Subterranean Microlite Construction" that converts a colony of any subterranean tier to tier V. This decision has an enactment time of 360 days, costs 50 influence, 5000 energy, and 2500 nanites.
**Subterranean Microlite Construction requires the Microlite Deconstruction technology, Subterranean Mastery Ascension Perk, at least 2500 nanites available, and either the Subterranean origin or any Speleology building built on the colony.
**When all requirements are met it will hide the normal subterranean decision chain to avoid interface clutter or misclicks.
**Feedback on this new feature is greatly appreciated and open to be changed if needed.
