Major update with balance changes and bug fixes.

Move Changes:
+Jab 1 hitbox is now taller and moved downwards to hit shorter enemies easier.
~Dstrong is now made up of 3 hitboxes with two on the side that send more horizontally and one in the middle that sends upwards.
+Increased Dstrong knockback scaling (0.7 > 0.9).
+Increased Dstrong hitpause scaling (0.6 > 0.9)
+Lifetime and creation frames of Ustrong 1 and 2 have been fixed to work better.
+Ustrong magatama hitbox height and width have both been increased (22 > 34).

Other Changes:
~You can now throw evidence in the air which replaces the aerial hold it move when holding evidence.
~Turnabout timer now freezes when opponent is in respawn preventing them to wait it out.
~When landing a kill in Turnabout mode, Phoenix gets an extension to his turnabout timer.
~Phoenix can now access Turnabout with one or more pieces of evidence. Evidence count now determines how long Turnabout is active for.
+Fixed bug with Phoenix Ustrong psyche-lock animation being interrupted with certain moves.
~Phoenix’s Turnabout moves are now tipper based moves with the tipper being the stronger part of the attack.
~Fstrong now has a sfx.
~Hopefully fixed an error involving Maya Fstrong.
