+Fixed crash upon race selection bug

-Fixed Sparx this time, I swear!
-Clothes should be un-borked. Not sure if they were before or not.
-SAIL has more relevant dialogue, though it looks out of place.
-Teleporter changed? I think I did that this one.
-Tutorial cutscene ship has minor tweaks

-Added a new ship teleporter. Kinda proud of the job I did ^-^
-Added the changed ship "techstation", aka. the ship AI. It'll be changed again in the near future to look better.
