Bug Fix:

Mounting a Beefalo unequips her floaties correctly.
Going near a shore right after resurrecting without any floaties causes gura to keep jumping.

Added wetness config.

Wetness rate and sanity rate can now be edited in the config.
Dryness can also be configured to give sanity debuff.
