v 1.2 Repentance compatibility update!

- Completely reworked code by Siraxtas to make the mod better, more efficient and easier to expand in the future!
- Reworked Trinket costume Api for an easier way to apply costume to modded trinkets!
- Getting the costume by pickup a trinket is the new default option now. This can still be changed through the Mod Config Menu or via the debug console.
- Added Mod Config Menu compatibility to have an easy way to switch between the way a trinket costume will be applied. It also allows you to change the alt costumes for the Cancer/Paper Clip trinket. This will get updated when new adjustable costumes get added.
- changed the command 'onPickup' to 'ctc apply onPickup' and 'ctc apply onSmelt'
- changed 'cancerAlt' to 'ctc cancer sad' and ctc cancer happy'
- removed 'paperClipAlt' for the time being.
- adjusted/renamed the .anm2 files for Liberty Cap and Paper Clip
- changed the way how the costume for Missing Poster works.
- changed the way the costume of Tape Worm works
- Fix the bug where the Bat Wing costume would, in combinations with other `body 0`costume like Judas Tongue, remove the body of the player
- Fix the bug where picking up a trinket would give the player the costume indefinitly

known issues :
- Currently no compatibility with Lambchop's 'Wiggle Worm' mod
- 'ctc paperclip head/hand' is not available at the moment. Using it requieres dropping and picking up the costume again.
- Currently the costume for Samson's Lock shouldn't be used for Samson (Rep only)
- Animated costumes don't follow the movement of the character perfectly (Rep only)
