ADDED
- Capture the Dodo: Admins can now configure arena modes to enable Capture The Dodo
which adds a Dodo for each team. The enemy team can capture your Dodo by getting close to it
if they bring the dodo to their dodo they score a configurable number of points. CTD can be
enabled alongside control points for a chaotic match.

- Starting Period: Instead of match immediatly starting their is now a configurable "starting period"
which divides each arena in two and disables pvp but enables the join team portals. This setting can
allow for Admins to create ArenaModes where each team is able to build up defenses or to simply
allow some time for players to migrate over to the arena server before the match fully starts.

- Global Settings: Several settings that apply to every arenamode have been exposed and some
additional ones have been added. These can be configured in a new section of the Admin Menu.
Admins can now prevent arenas from automatically running or set the time arenas will wait
after a match before a new one starts.

- Discord Integration: Admins may now take advantage of the discord webhook system to send
notifications to their discord server whenever a match has started. This can be controlled
in the new global settings section of the admin menu allowing you to disable notifications,
set the webhook url, or provide an option server link to the messages.

- New Mode - Quick Domination: A domination gamemode that is intended for smaller groups.
Only enables one of the control points is enabled and it takes less points to win.

- New Mode - Quick CTF: A mode with capture the dodo enabled. Intended for smaller
groups then regular CTF and has lower requirements to win and a short starting phase.

- New Mode - CTF: A mode with capture the dodo enabled. Intended for larger groups.
Has a long starting period to encourage the teams to build up fortifications before the match
starts.

- Added fortitude to the list of stats loadouts can modify
- Added bounds to the Asteroid Field Arena
- Added a system that teleports players to the correct observation platform when a match starts

FIXES
- Reduced spawned raptor level down to 60
- Reduced spawned dino duration to 2 minutes from 5 minutes
- Players are immediatly added to the scoreboard upon joining a team
- The scoreboard can now be viewed at any time during a match
- Updated overlay countdown to show countdowns for starting and ending periods
- Fixed notifications panel so it no longer clips
- Refactored arena manager and event dispatchers to use a single function
- Fixed bug with refreshing loadouts
- When a mounted dino kills a player the kill is now credited to the player
- Increased the size of the spawn regions in the redwood forest and added more spawn points
- Players are now completly immune to damage while in a spawn zone
- Fixed player counts being wildly inaccurate
- Unassigned levels are removed when a player teleports into an active arena
- Increased tamed dino speed to 150% to compensate for their nerfs
