Roach 1.04

- Approach distance changed to every encounter that had it under 500 to 500 m, the rest remained the same
- The two Kraken encounters are changed to require 1500 threat (down from 10000), but now have 0.02% chance to spawn (to have a figure in mind, it should show up every 40 hours, so if 10 players are in Roach, every 4 hours 1 will get it and so on)
