attach blocks fixed, smalls were too air tight

attachments now airtight

added my improvised nuke warhead mod

reduced torpedo thruster power use and thrust by 50% as it was too op

offset torpedo guidance, blocks are offset so that they can be placed on regular blocks and not be hidden in them, eliminates need for the torpedo blocks mod

added faction enforcer code, forces spids and sprt as enemy

removed small block vaporator.... scripting only works when its stand alone

moved vaporator script to get it working, had put in wrong subfolder
