Scope of changes:

1) Implemented some new textures, still more to come!
2) Some changes to the interior layout of the lake house itself...
3) Closed off player access to the shed outside.
4) Closed the window into the basement on the long approach.
5) Updated doors in the basement, one less room in the basement.
6) Less clutter in the basement
7) Improved lighting inside

2/1/2021 update:
Clip Nibblets!
- Added Clips on the lake bulkhead exit steps so it's a smooth exit
- Added Clips on the floating log adjacent to the lakeside bulkhead. This should allow players to escape more quickly from the lake if they don't mean to jump in, also provide a consistent flat platform on that log from which to snipe or become a sitting duck!
- Added Clips on the weird deck step in front of the kitchen window
- Added clips on plants in the front yard in certain places I missed to ensure the hedges and certain bushes can't be jumped on in a way that makes you stuck

Gameplay bug fixes
- Removed hostage spawn on the dock. Removed some of the cover from the dock.
- Adjusted hostage spawn locations inside the house to be less CT sided.
- MOST IMPORTANT: DOOR FIXES! -Making the door silent so it's a sneaky experience in there, and adding 'Toggle' keyvalue property to doors to allow players to close these shitty brush doors after they have been opened.
- Reduced spawn # from 15 to 10 for each side, reduced density of spawns to allow easier navigation during a competitive match when you clip with other players.
- Opened up one entry to the tunnel from the basement somewhat so it's less narrow and provides a longer sightline at that corner.
- Removed hecka clutter in the basement, shack-alley and in the tunnel areas.
- Updated physics collision to No collision for a number of pesky props.
- Updated navigation mesh to ensure the ladder leading from the basement to the upstairs bathroom works right.

<i>Aesthetics</i>
- New custom plaster + tile textures via Substance Designer upstairs in the home. Shout out to my wife's mantis eyes for the color help picking out the right shades to use.
- Disabled shadows on a lot of foliage props which I should have done weeks ago.

Fixin' clippins on several stairs: in the tunnel, garage steps, stairway down to the house AND on the stairs to the entryway. - Thanks Fafair/Nick8712! Good catch !! :)

One thing I noticed after publishing: the steps leading down from CT spawn to the house are irregular, and that leads to it feeling bouncy somewhat. I assure you, these steps are clipped but they are not a large smooth ramp as a result of their geometry and the surrounding area's geometry... This is something I am looking into changing.

Gameplay & Bug fix work:
- Performance gain - Implemented func_occluders in the front garden area within the hedge props. This is intended to increase framerate in that area.
- Adjusted the size of the window in the upstairs bathroom facing out towards the garden the CT come through to be more usable.
- Added clip brushes to certain props that didn't have clips (ex. lights on back deck) as well as setting certain foliage props to no collision.
- Updated speed to 180 on all doors in the level. Also setting all doors to stay open when used, no auto-closing door behavior remains. Shout out to Fafair and Wazeecha for the door advice.
- Moved static props that were floating, like the van in the garage. - Shout out to Wazeecha
- Fixed brushwork under deck that was not right - Shout out to Tonystark on Source Engine discord
Aesthetic Improvements:
- Updated sounds for all doors in the level for a more fitting sound vibe depending on the door
- Added custom texture for bathroom tiles.
- Rebuilt the displacements in the front yard garden area
- Retextured the trim in the painted areas indoors
- Added some new docks in 3d skybox space to the left of the house from the perspective of the T spawn. Added support poles to the sides of the docks for the right look
Added additional tree props to 3d skybox area at edge of the tree line near the mountain to cover tree card transition.

Initial upload of cs_Lakehouse. This is a big update to my first map... New custom tree card assets ring the lake view, custom paint textures inside the upstairs interiors.
