DTILT has had its startup decreased to hopefully allow it to work better as a combo starter, and its SDI multiplier is decreased to make it harder for opponents to fall out of it.

  • DTILT startup decreased [8 -> 6]

UTILT gets speed, to help its utility as a get-off me tool

FSTRONG will now move further in an effort to fix its poor range. The hitboxes have also been adjusted to make the first hitbox stronger, improving its strength at a very close range.

DAIR’s sweetspot was a little too hard to land, so its size has been increased

NSPECIAL has had its stuns increased, finally giving Fezhead a proper kill confirm in NSPECIAL into sweetspot FAIR

DSPECIAL hasn’t been worth the risk for its low reward, so the healing rate has been doubled alongside a slight endlag decrease
  • DSPECIAL endlag reduced [24 -> 20]
  • DSPECIAL healing rate increased [2% -> 4%]
While Fezhead’s high jump and low double jump was originally part of his design, this has left him with a very poor offstage game and an inability to take advantage of one of his more unique attributes, that being DTILT going off ledges. Some of the height from his initial jump has been moved to his double jump to remedy this.

  • Fixed bug where Fezhead would not be stunned upon having FSPECIAL parried.

-Jump uses the sound effect from Milk Quest: Half & Half
-FAIR has been reworked; it now functions similarly to Zetterburn FAIR. The early hitbox is now larger and elliptical with less knockback, damage, and a higher angle. The early window now includes a small sweetspot that has higher damage, knockback, and a lower angle that makes it better for killing. The late window remains unchanged.
-FAIR startup increased [9 -> 10 frames]
-NSPECIAL uses the sound effect from Milk Quest: Half & Half
-Added battle text for the Soulbound Conflict stage.
-Added a title for the Mt. Dedede Stadium stage.
