Tanning & Leather Working Hot Fix 11/7/2021

Fixed A break in the code for Leather Drying racks slots not unlocking on Server restarts
Time is a fixed time for unlocking them after restarts later it will just resume the Locked Time set by server configs

Tanning & Leather Working Update 11/2/2021

Bug Fixes
Timer to Lock and Unlock Leather was broken thx to @valynax for the report

Changes
Leather Tanning process will no longer Hide the inventory from the player view
Instead it will lock the item into the attachment slot with a wrench, once the wrench
gone our free to take the leather off the rack. all custom times will work as they should be and set

Introduced New Craftable Clothing

Bloodied Leather
Just take any Leather clothing and Combine it with Guts (big or small)
and get a bloodied piece of leather clothing

- Small guts = 1 Leather clothing Bloodied
- Large Guts = 2 Leather clothing bloodied

Fixes
- Removed the " Missing Semi colon " Spam
- Fixed a few down casting errors


Types updated
- Added Leather Dirt&Grass stained jacked (was missing)
- Added Bloody Leather clothing
- Added Comments to types to help seperate new updates from old ones

Introduced Dirty & Grass Leather outfit
Shirt/vest/pants/gloves can be changed to this color using dirty plant material

Plant Material in hands + Dirty/Soil ground = Dirty Plant Material (just how you dig worms but with plant material then a knife)
Dirty Plant Material + Plain Leather Clothing =Dirty grass stained Leather.

See Types.xml for entries of Dirty&Grass Leather.

Cleaning Pelts now gives lard, but be warned the amount isnt much.

Fixed RPC calls being incorrectly done

Fixed many null pointer errors

Cleaned up semi collon errors

Fixed Tan Leather Actions
-now you cant tan leather with garden lime in hand (was crashing servers)
-Cant tan or get the option to tan when the drying frame is tanning/Locked or has Leather on it

HotFixes

Got reports of the leather slots not unlocking after said time
and another issues reported by @Cedrirco

Changes to instead the locking sloits, i will lock the whole inventory until done
this process is tried and true and works well. ill try hard to make it so the leather texture only shows when its done in a future updates
