Ga'an:
- fixed SNLF MG team didn't spawn
- removed boat wreck that made AI vehicles get stuck
- minor changes to south side of the map
- added 3 allied smg infantry to guard the HQ (to prevent loosing to a single enemy soldier just running to your HQ)

- Oasis menu bug where oerlikon ability didn't show up after 2x supply truck was finished fixed
