The Edited Blue Shift captions was edited one more time to fix some script problems. Just to note, when it comes to fixing the English Captions for Blue Shift, it may require editing the Blue Shift script rather than reusing the Black Mesa script.

I changed the Blue Shift captions and fixed some others caption errors since a single caption and some script changes in a .vpk file can create problems. So, I have no other choice but to have the Blue Shift scripts replace the modified scripts and have a separate .vpk file for it.

The Extended Captions and Dialogue addon was updated and so is Blue Shift.

This update to the fixed English captions carries over the changes to the color of the HECU soldier captions to be a bit green but the radio lines stay the same.There are others, like the Always Laughing scientists and several captions moved to closed captioning, but my take on it carries over my preferred changes and add the Blue Shift captions as well.

The Blue Shift captions are edited that removes some awkward formatting, the longer audio captions breaked down for the Blue Shift Outbound Tram Ride is retained but I did my take on breaking down the Tram VOX lines for the Black Mesa Inbound Tram Ride. It's not perfect though and it may change in the future but it will be a while.

Since the Extended Captions is updated again, might as well do the same. This time though, I intentionally didn't change some parts (mostly stuff removed) since one, it may be already added to the Extended Captions addon and that maybe you want to use this in a different mod.

Small subtitle errors fixed.
