Stat changes
• Wavelanding time has been increased: 8 → 9
• Waveland multiplier time has been reduced: 1.35 → 0.98
• Waveland friction amount has been increased: .04 → .31

Dash Attack
• Dash Attack getting parried will stop it's momentum and will not be able to go off ledges.
• Hitbox positioning and timing have been shifted so that they can't miss, as well as match Reg's body position.
* Second hitbox will now launch enemies into the air, this way the third / final can land.

Up Tilt
• All sweeping hitboxes' knockback scaling has been reduced: .45 → .1
• Hitting an enemy with Up Tilt can now be cancelled half way through it's animation with another attack or jump.

Forward Tilt
• Re-worked animation for bombless Forward Tilt.
• Re-worked visual indicator the HUD bomb for clarity.

Down Tilt
• Landing Down Tilt can auto-cancel out of with another attack or jumping.
• Increased window time on sweep: number 15 → 20

Neutral Air
• Added an additonal hitbox within the rapid hitboxes, making six before the last hit.
• Soft Armor reduced from 6 → 16
• Final hit knockback scaling reduced: .6 → .4
• Can now be auto-cancelled with any other aerial after landing the attack.

Up Air
• Visual hit effect of connecting the grab has been changed.
• Added whifflag.
Throwing hitbox;
• Has been given a small amount hitpause: 0 → 2
• Slightly reduced hitstun time: 1 → .9

Forward Air
• Landing lag frames has been decreased: 6 → 7
• Start-up window time length has been increased: 14 → 16
• Endlag window time length has been increased: 12 → 14
• Sweeping damage percentage has been decreased: 8 → 2
• Sweeping knockback scaling has been decreased: .7 → .5
• Sweeping Spike hitbox lifetime has been reduced: 2 → 1
• Whifflag has been added to the end of the attack.

Down Air
• (NEW) A directional arrow has been added to show to both players which direction he will kick in.
• Visual hit effects when landing Down Air has been changed for better visual clarity
• Multikick knockback has been reduced to keep players from escaping: 5/4/3 → 5/3/2
• First hitbox position has been shrunken, moved up and changed to a rounded square - to better fit his visuals

Back Air
• Now functions differently, instead of before sending tiny hitboxes after the hit opponent, it spawns delayed hitboxes on last player hit.

Up Strong
• The hitbox now will push players upwards into a new hitbox that keeps players in-place going up to connect with the next
• Re-worked the starting sweeping hitbox, that will now push players upwards into a command grab pulling them up the next hitbox above Reg.
• Headbutt knockback has been reduced: 10 → 3
• Headbutting will now launch Reg slightly upwards. This will allow him to follow-up properly.

Down Strong
• Energy shot hitstun time reduced: 1.0 → 0.5

Neutral Special
• Reverted back to cancelling Neuteral Special charge, from Tech Rolling to Normal Rolling
• Hard pressing down on platforms while charging now allows Reg to fall through them.
• If an enemy was in front of Reg it would shift them to get hit by the blast, now instead he will take a quick leap back before blasting.
• (NEW) Added animation of falling over and getting up after using Incinerator.
• (NEW) Added impact lines and dust particles (when on the ground) when shooting his Incinerator.

Down Special
• Fixed Wavedashing causing Down Special aerial version to come out.
• Second part of Down Special (th aerial stopper) time has increased: 13 → 20
• The diagonal launch speed is increased: 16 → 18
• Cooldown timer has been added if Down Special does not hit an enemy.
• Hitstun time has been reduced: .9 → .4
• Hurtbox has been added
• Now has soft armor: 10

Forward Special
• Added additional parry stun to Reg depending on distance it was parried.
• Base hitpause has been increased: 2 → 6
• Extra hitpause to enemies has been decreased: 20 → 2
• Retrieving Forward Special arms now displays a buff of smoke.
• Missing Forward Special adds a cooldown timer: 30 frames

Jab
• When landing the second hit of Jab - the Uppercut - it would lock players in-font of Reg. This is no longer the case, instead hit enemies' horizontal movement will be reduced to 1, so that this way he can miss.

Neutral Special
• The final blow of Neutral Special's Incinerator will now instantly kill anyone it hits, to better match the source material
• Opponents close to Reg when he's about to shoot his incinerator would snap directly in-font of him, instead it slowly shifts them forward to be hit within the blast.
• Down Time after using Neutral Special blast increased: 290 → 320
• NOBODY IS SAFE: incinerator now can hit through all armor.
• Damage percentage per hit has been increased: 1% → 10% (100% in total)
• Final hit knockback of the blast has been increased; 15 → 35
* When charging Neutral Special -
• Air-dodging in the air, Reg would be able to Air-dodge regardless if he had it or not. This has been fixed.
• Time has been reduced between each checkpoint of charge time: 15 laps → 10 laps (1 lap = 15 frames)
• When charging Neutral Special and hard pressing left or right, or shielding, Reg would roll or parry.
He will instead tech roll or tech in place [respectively], as before there was no percussion to charging and quickly pressing a movement away.

Up Air
• No longer puts grabbed opponents in pratfall
• Now halts movement when landing the grab part of the attack
• Throws a lot sooner: 15 frames → 6 frames
• Grabbed opponents will now be sent through platforms
• When fast-falling during the grab he'll now immediately throw his opponent.

Down Special
• Can be cancelled into a walljump when near a wall now.
