Para Bellum Units:
- 33 new Hellenistic unit cards, making unique pikemen cards according to the faction, and also improving the variety of other types like the peltasts.
- New Egyptian sarissophoroi look.
- Fixed Seleucid royal thorax guard carrying invisible javelins.
- Fixed Cantabrian scutarii invisible spears.

Para Bellum Combat:
- Revised shield types defence, armour and block chance values.
- Fixed invisible soliferrea projectiles of the Iberian troops when thrown.

XMAS update is here with a lot of new features and adjustments:

- New initial loading screen (requires to redownload the movie effects pack file in the description).

Para Bellum - Combat:
- Hoplites kill animations improved.
- The death or flight of the general has a greater effect on the morale of the army.
- Adjusted the troops with lower morale, increasing it a bit.
- Units health matched between the different infantry types.
- Fixed javelin type projectiles long reload times.
- Added push/stepback mechanics, the effect is subtle but should be noticeable between troops with different weight (heavy vs light, etc).
- Added 4 new abilities:
Tactical retreat for all the infantry to avoid too many losses when disengaging combat. And Othismos for hoplites, Push for experienced melee troops, and At the centurion command! for melee roman infantry, these last three are very similar.
- Matched speeds when walking and rowing slowly, to maintain the formation of armies and fleets.
- Carthage and Rome Generals and legate units number increased from 40 to 80.

Para Bellum Units:
- Carthage: new units cards, and elephants and hoplon textures.
- 8 Historical characters to play in custom battle: Alexander the Great and Bucephalus, Mago Barca, Cynane, Marcus Atilius Regulus, Pericles, Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus, Vercingetorix and Xanthippos. The list will expand in further updates and eventually will be implemented in the campaigns for the historically accurate cases.
- New look for Rome, Carthage and Eastern generals.
- LOD imposter models fixed for the units that were missing, mainly iberian and celtic light troops.
- Barbarian clothes colors restored.

Para Bellum Factions:
New startpos file, that includes:
- Walls for Rhodes, Syracuse, Lilybaeum, Numantia, Jerusalem, Tyros, Nemossos, Palmyra and Arse. The cities preserve the resources, special thanks to Polbork in this regard.
- More historically accurate borders, affecting Carthage, Lybia, Egypt, Cyrenaica, Cyprus, Sardes, Galatia, Seleucids and Media.
- Changed Mercenary Indian elephants by Mercenery African elephants for Epirus, and Mercenary gladiatrices by Mercenary Italian swordsmen in Italy.
- New initial armies compositions for all factions, with the units numbers adjusted to match the Para Bellum Units part.
- Fixed Axum and details in other families trees.

Para Bellum Campaign:
- Added new edicts, up to a total of 22, with effects also in the Population system.
- Reduced merceneries proportion in the roman armies (GC and HatG).
- Lowered IA construction rates.
- Adjusted GC fame levels so the minor factions can only build one army at the beginning.

Fleets system overhaul:
- Restructured ship units in the buildings chain.
- Embarked slingers, changed by light peltasts.
- Increased the ships units with lower numbers, 60 to 80, and 80 to 100, with adjusted costs.
- New ships units cards.
- Improved ships textures and other details like the side shields.

Para Bellum Population:
- Minor fixes to make compatible the update of the other parts.
- Dacian Spears added to freemen class.

- Seleucid symbols restored in the shields of the pikemen units.
- Improved punic citizen milita appearance.
- 6 new unit cards for Carthage and 2 for Persia.
- Corrected position of the hoplons attached to the greek and carthaginian ships.
- More detail for several helmets and crests textures, thanks Celticus for the advices.
- Restored grass/forest land custom textures.
- Bigger cities mod released, that works very well in combination with the rest of the Para Bellum collection.
- Added great white sharks and peasants to the fauna script, but not tested yet.

Adjusted mercenary celtic noble cavalry pool and increased elephants maintenance.
