Major Update #3 (Boss) 1.0.3

- Important Note: In default config, Surgical Shot and Ace In the Hole have been removed. There is no way for me to balance the game around these.

Highlight:

- Boss: You can now set an enemy as a Boss. Boss enemy is always unique and has a health bar display. You are able to tune unique modifiers (e.g. music!) for boss enemies in the enemy config.

- Map Config: You can now whitelist/blacklist maps using !mapconfig. It is also available in the F2 shortcut menu.

- Config UI Rework: Config UIs have been reworked.

Default Config Gameplay Update:

- Horde now has an official final boss (???) that appears only on Wave 10.

Enemy Config:

- Added a new option spawn_limit that allows you to limit the maximum spawn number of an enemy. Spawn limit is recovered if an the enemy is removed due to spawn mechanics (e.g. too far away from the player).

Default Config Balance Changes:

- Hulk now has a default headshot multiplier of 50%, which means it is no longer immune to headshot damage.
- Black Poison Zombie health and spawn rate slightly decreased.
