Enemy Config QOL:
- Added an option: _gmod_default for "weapon" category. When chosen, enemy will be given a random weapon from his/her default weapon pool.
- Added an option: _gmod_none. This is the replacement for the previous "" type in "weapon" category. You don't have to modify your previous configs as "" will have the same effect as
_gmod_none", it's just that "" will not appear in the menu any more. _gmod_none will spawn an enemy without weapons.

Added some default models to test if ps2 will be able to override player models.

Voting QOL:
- If more than 1/2 players are ready, ready countdown starts from 60.
- If more than 2/3 players have voted on the same map, vote countdown will switch to 30. If all players have voted on the same map, vote countdown will jump to 10.

Bug fixes: Difficulty damage multiplers were not being applied correctly.

Default config balance changes:
- Increased health scaling on higher difficulties
- Increased health/damage on panic zombies.
- Added an additional flat modifier on elite health scale factor based on difficulty

Default Config Gameplay balance:
- Added a new type of regular enemy to avoid elite enemy spams in later waves
- Reduced multiplayer health scaling factor
- Changed endless scaling to be exponential.
