- Added 4 new Change Stage Specials
- Added the option to give Tear Effects to odd tars (like Chaos card tears)
- Added the option to ignore tear effects on spawned tears
- Added Horse Pill Use
- Added Golden Trinkets
- Changed the Way GridEntities are removed
- Fixed an issue with the devil pool special icon clipping through the menu
- Fixed some flashing that may occus when you spawn certain types of tears
- Fixed an issue that made it so monsters/familairs were not able to be matched by their subtype on projectile rules(this only was trye for modded entities however, vanilla stuff worked fine)

- Added new specials to spawn/match stuff from specific item pools (rep only for now)
- Fixed Firerate on rep to match the hud values. Also renamed it to "tears per second" to better reflect what it actually means.
- Fixed pickup rules for some item specials, apparently they never worked?

- Fixed Quantity specials not working with counters
- Fixed counters not working when compared against other counters
- Changed the way special search works, it should now search inside of the subspecials too.

-Fixed an issue where Co-op boss item replacements would spawn an infinite copy of the replacement as it's picked up.
- Added more clarity for Arrows, a.k.a to tell when you can click them or not.
- Added a "spawn" text to the beggining of a target when it will spawn something
- Changed "All" for "Random" on the entity selection screen, when you are selecting stuff to spawn.
- Further preparations and bugfixes for multiselect.
- Several other minor fixes that forgot since Ive been holding updates for longer now so people dont send me bomb packages to my home due to "da rules reactivating all the time"
