BUGFIX: With help from Xymanek on a different mod, I finally fixed the VideoComms issue.
The UI Kill Counter should now hide when the VidCom is on the screen. WooHoo!

BUGFIX: Had an incorrect string assignment in the MCM settings where it would display "Show Active Enemy Count" twice.

FEATURE UPDATE: The total/remaining will now show up if the 'Location Scout' sitrep is active.
This can happen before even the Shadow Chamber is built!
It will respect the Never Show Total flag setting, if set. Thanks to Blabba754 for the suggestion!

Converted all the MCM pages strings into localization. Hopefully this will help. I used Google Translate for 99% of these, so I'm sorry if anything is wrong, offensive or incorrect.

Other minor improvements to the handler for timers and MCM code.

BUGFIX: fixed the issue of the MCM settings not saving between missions.
May require a resub for the lucky 36.
Remember folks, although you can 'preview' the MCM settings live in mission, by making changes and forcing it to update, it will require a restart of XCOM2 to be 'stable'.
