Mod Manager issue fixed with version 1.1.21 so all units have been added back plus a few new units.

Had to remove the IG18F and Pak 97/38 due to a coding problem with the Mod Manager. Once the Devs fix this issue, these units will be added back. Thanks to ozzieduke64 for identifying this issue.

Note: The embark function does not work for added units because of this issue. Hopefully, it will be fixed very soon.

Had to remove the BF110 Heavy Fighters due to a coding problem with the Mod Manager. Once the Devs fix this issue, these units will be added back.
