Installing any skin implants doesn't remove other implants anymore.
Fixed the replacing issue that it doesn't actually replace but just adds the new Hediff.

Efficiency of implants installed on
- Left lower shoulder (Manipulation)
- Right lower shoulder (Manipulation
- Upper back (Manipulation and Movement)
- Lower back (Manipulation and Movement)
- Tail (Manipulation)
now actually influence behaviour. Means:
Your pawns Manipulation does not drop to 0 if you have an arm in your lower shoulders, as long as the arm that is in the lower shoulders slot are above 100% or the pawn otherwise gets manipulation bonus from somewhere else. The same with the tail, which means in theory you could make a pawn that holds their club with only the tail.
This behaviour was also added to the Lower and Upper back which means you can make a pawn with no legs and only wings as a form of locomotion.
These behaviour changes resulted in a lot of changes to the current implants which resulted in a huge balance patch since now effiency of the body part had to be taken into account which was not the case before.
I tried to keep the power balance close to what it was before, but quite a lot changed. These stats will be changed over the coming days and weeks.

Pawns with Butchers Nails now go berserk every 7 days. This timer can be reset by having the pawn kill another pawn. Downing or just seeing death does not count. Also a Luciferium-like counter was added to the health tab.

Added some more implants.

Ra's Vacoule prevents the negative thought of pawns not getting the age-reversal treatment. Don't have to fear old age if you're immortal. The positive thought can still be gained.

It is not possible to install anything in the chest or abdominal cavities without the proper research anymore.
