'The Bucket' now spawns the bucket on top of
a player when there are no found spawns
to fix this event not doing anything when manually triggered

Added cap to respawn during 'Contagious Morality' to prevent infinite loops, and can no longer trigger at the same time as 'Total Mayhem'

- Fixed randomats that require 1 player for the round to end triggering while 'Contagious Morality' is active

- Fixed 'Western' letting you duel already duelling players
- 'Western' now automatically selects the duel revolver for players in a duel
- Added option to turn off the pinging sound in 'Press E to ping'
- 'Don't Miss...' now heals you for hitting things that take damage other than just players

- Fixed a typo with '100% detective winrate'
- The description of 'Ban an Event!' now mentions the banned randomat gets un-banned once 'Ban an Event!' triggers again
- 'Future Proofing' now prevents randomats that take away your weapons like 'Harpooon!' or 'Homerun!' or 'Cat with a Bat!' from triggering until every player has had a chance to use their weapons
