Removed leftover testing print message

Updated for Custom Roles' changes to sprinting

Fixed removing explosive barrels players were disguised as during "zero friction"

"Prop confusion" randomat now always randomly picks which player sees everyone else as props

Role info is now hidden on scoreboard if names are hidden, for the "It's [player]!" randomat

Fixed ban a randomat having a blank vote window

Removed "Back of the cupboard" event as it turns out getting player's least, not not bought at all, item is very tricky and woefully accurate compared to most bought

- Fixed dead players not being able to vote during "ban a randomat!" and the dead player votes convar not working
- Fixed "shoot and loot" not spawning guns if an event that removes corpses is active
