airdodge gives nuetral special a 5 frame cooldown
dstrong gives ustrong a 5 frame cooldown
fair has precise hitbox with more power(don't know how I feel about this change but might as well test)
bair back hitbox HG_KNOCKBACK_SCALING from .6 to .7
fstrong HG_BASE_KNOCKBACK from 8 to 7
ftilt angle changed back from 30 to 40
ftilt HG_KNOCKBACK_SCALING .8 to .9
removed .99 multiplier applied on opponents speed every frame in 0g
Enemy knockback_adj in 0g multiplied by .35 instead of .6 to compensate speed multiplier.(should make galaxied effect more accurate)
replaced the only global variable with a local variable(IDK how using a global variable in a workshop mod affects the game)
Enemy zero gravity timer won't run out if in hitstun
Art added
Known problem: can't get the 0g expiring sound to play consistently for enemy players

during airdash, if jump is held add 22.5 degrees (counterclockwise). (this is mostly to give keyboard players more angles)
neutral special after airdodge will now give you the inert version
zero gravity timer won't run out if in hitstun
side special now pulls banana(pull force and friction values subject to change)
