Inner feedback:

"Damage thing (which I told you about), BUT damage in general for aerials is probably a little 2 high, after playing Jordans fox and other combo heavy characters M-sai does REALLY good damage for somebody who is already going to be combo'ing you to hell and back

Like for example Fox Nair is 6 (on early hit), 4 (on late hit), M-sai nair is always doing 7
or another example is that Fox dair AT MAX I can get it to do is 6% versus M-sai 9%

So I think all aerials could for sure use a slight damage reduction other than Upair (which even then you could probs lower from 10<9 but its not really that bad seeing as what upair is)

Other just general things
Fair: Frame Data (9>11)
Bair: Endlag (7>14)
Nair: Landing Lag (4>5), Endlag (8>9), The late hit should actaully have like a damage downside or combo downside (look at Fox nair)
Shine damage: (4>2)"
